| Trimble discontinued direct end user support years ago. I still have the phone numbers from many years ago, but got a response about one year ago saying I should not even have the numbers. A knowledgeable dealer is a requirement in your situation. I know of no Trimble dealer who is happy with the response time of their support. It is my opinion that Trimble has counterbalanced the best hardware in the industry with poor support, even at the dealer level. I was recently informed by a Vice-President of Sales that they were hiring more people to help this problem, however I was told a similar story (by the same guy) the year before. | |
