Subject: elevation mapping software

North west MN
Can anyone recommend some good elevation software? A company called precision partners will map your field at 8 to 10 dollars an acre but will not sell the software and at that price I could buy a lot of software to accomplish this. I will have elevation logs from planting, spraying, and Harvesting with RTK and would like to use them for drainage planning. The main views I need are depressions, and flow paths, watersheds, and ridges. I take them in my laptop to the field with me when ditching with my laser.
Our land in the red river valley of north Dakota and Minnesota is very flat sometimes varying less than 6 inches in a quarter so that makes drainage a very important part of precision farming.
