NE CO
Rob,
I grow only dryland corn, so drought is my main issue to protect against. In the 15 years I have grown corn, I've only suffered a single instance of significant hail loss, and that was about 50% on a single field. County ave of 40 bu/ac on dryland, and my ave is 42-46 bu/ac on individual units. I have no yield history on milo and the county ave is only 16 bu/ac, so I wil probably only do the 50 CAT this year just to keep the government people happy. And milo will be a fairly insignificant acreage while getting my feet wet this year. Again, thanks.
