I can go for many, many hours without it happening, seems like when I least expect it, boom, there it goes. Those in the know call it "drift". It happens to my neighbors SF2 and my others trimble. RTK is the only way Im told to eliminate "drift". 3 years ago we originally purchased guidance for repeatabillity in strip till. Onmistar HP or Deere's SF2 is NOT sufficiant for strip till if you want repeatabillity. We found that a straight planting is sufficient for strip till. After planting we just followed the rows the old fashion way and it seemed to be worth the $.
