Hey thanks for the offer to help! "Newguy" is my handle. Called the local computer "geek" and for 30 bucks he came over and spent 10 minutes on the wireless fed computer. I was planting soys at the time, so havent had the pleasure of finding out the problem. All he told my wife is that the internet provider was the culprit and should have easily guided her through the situation that was their doing. So after many cuss words behind the backs of the foriegn "helpers" at netgear who were reading off the help sheet (poorly I might add)................We got er done. Now my Microsoft email "send/receive" button is gone and we cant figure that one out.....................DANG! These computers sure are handy if a guy knows the language. Wish I did!
