E.Central MN | Before you DP you had better be aware of the risks you are taking on. DP is the same as giving that elevator a cash loan out of your pocket and then hoping they'll pay you back. Should there be some hankypanky dealings and the elevator goes belly up guess where that puts you and your cash loan without collateral, you're at the end of the creditor list. The collateral you think you've got - the grain, that would be gone because if they need grain they would use yours rather than bidding for it in the market. Still sound like a fabulous idea? | |
