hold the beans in on farm storage, and price them out for fall delivery against new crop prices. Looks like you can get paid well to store them until fall.
We still have 3/4 of our bean crop standing in the field.
Anyone have any experience in spring harvest of beans, and will they need drying, or can I store them wet and aerate the moisture out in the spring/summer?
