So those pics. would have been taken when the drought was on? Only one pic showed much grass.
Yes those offsets sure would cause problems. I try to keep electric fence away from steel as much as possible. I have some and if my system is shorted out I go looking there first, usually wire is wraped arround old barb. Ben
