My brother is building a 42ft x 15 ring bin. The salesmans specs for the pad are a 2ft x 2 ft footing con taining 3 rings of 3circles each half inch rebar. We think the footing is a little small for a bin of this size. We also think there should be 4 rings of 3 each rebar. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks
