Holland.... Hands Down, but like Chad says... gotta be patient. I would like to try the Big Green Egg but I had enough of a hard time spending the money on a Holland. As far as real BBQin... Dig a pit, put in the rocks, start a fire, put the fire out, get the burlap and follow you're favorite pit recipe... OUTSTANDING!
