Some 16" well casing and with old disc blades welded on one end and a firebox on the other. Only use wood.
Then if for a big group I get the bosses 1000 gallon converted-into-bbq-pit propane tank that will cook a bunch of meat at once. We cooked a whole hog on it the week before Christmas. All night long and then some.
