55 gallon drum cut in haft real hickory wood in a shaker barrel set with it 7 or 8 hours bast with special secret basting every 30 min the best pork BBQ you will ever eat NC tradition around hear especially in the fall. throw in a little home picked music!!! life dont get much better !!
