Old cultivator bars work great and spacing in going to depend on your ground. I run on 60" centers on an older glencoe bar(12/30s) as for price $3-600 should get you something decent. I put Dawn 3003's on and have been more then happy, I reused the parallel arms for our hillier ground na dcna eaisly run 9mph+ and could run faster if I changed orfices.
