Thanks for the comments Don, but for me, it's too late right now: the unit has been returned to the provider and my collegues and I decided to wait some time to let others act as labrats 8) after all, we've done our share to contribute to a better service....

We expect the prices to get to a more affordable level too.....

Besides, here in Europe, I checked with official resellers in France and Germany as well, there is a prohibitive price tag: EZ-Guide + EZ Steer WITHOUT T2 is sold at 8000+ € so street price is about 10 000 US$! To be compared with prices in US I found on the internet of about 6 000 US$ Somebody even claimed HARDI US is selling at 4400 US$! At second thought, should book a fligh to visit some of U guys and come back with that damn thing :D . When I asked the resellers about this huge price diff, they told me they have no other alternative but to go the trimble way.... Does that mean Trimble Europe is pocketting the difference? Man, it sounds like our resellers would be better off purchasing in the US even at street price!
