Liner just needs to be replaced, not worth cleaning. Should be under 20 bucks. I keep an extra one around. Wire should be replaced if rusty, but the tricks above should work if it's just dirty. With what we all fix on the farm witha welder, we don't need to be doing anything that might comprosmise a weld's strength.
