| That's the right file. What version of Flashloader were you using? You're sure it's an AFS100, right? But if it was new on your combine last fall, it has to be either a 100 or a 110, and the files you tried should have worked in one of them.
You have one physical port on your AFS100, but two virtual ports (actually three if you count the CAN port.) With the AFS100, Port A is generally configured for yield monitors or planter monitors. On many receivers, port B is used for lightbars, but the AFS100 isn't lightbar compatible. For that matter, it's not the best as-applied mapping receiver either, and I wouldn't want to try prescription planting with it, but you'll get better as-applied maps with it than with no receiver at all...
For communication with the AFS display, the top line (input) can be pretty much anything. I usually set it to RTCM 9600. The bottom line is critical, and must be 8N1 NMEA 4800. When you save the port setting, you'll be disconnected from the receiver, but your settings will be saved. Take 'er to the planter and hook 'er up. | |
