Hey Tim, I'm from up north, way up north, and I read Don G 5x5. Not only can I read a college educated southern farmer, I even agree with him.

I got sheepskins from 2 northern colleges stashed away here somewhere in my stack of stuff. They are dated before Al Gore invented Internet. In those days northern college prof's taught same way as southern college profs. They only taught what they read in books, books written by earlier generation of college profs. I think those books were written by even earlier generation of college prof's.....................etc, Not sure who wrote first book, he must have been darn good. I didn't learn how to farm for profit from those folks, but it was fun.
