| Yea, A little over 3 bucks now sounds great for the next 3 years but what if in 2009 you have corn contracted for 3.10 and all of a sudden you are paying 60-70 cents for Nitrogen, not to mention land rents are almost double what they are now and what if diesel fuel is 4.00 gallon anything can happen in the next 3 years and it may all work out but being contracted, but a little lower price is not bad until your inputs double and you are locked in at a low price on your corn.
