Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums. | Besides being renewable, clean, "local", and all that, I think just the THREAT of ethanol helps the gasoline price stay low. Maybe they'll get more efficient at making it too. Remember when VCRs cost $1000? Seems like every bit of ethanol gets used, so there's room for more. I haven't seen it anywhere in the east. But I haven't been searching hard as I don't have any way to utilize it. However, we do burn B50 diesel these days. Have been for the last 2 year now. It actually smoothed out some of our older injection systems. Too bad you can't run ethanol in all gas engines. What is the max percentage recommended for a regular gasoline engine that isn't flex ready?
