the T2 roll compensation does not directly compensate for your implement slipping down hill 10 inches. the T2 compensated for tractor roll to make the tractor drive in the right place. to do implement side hill compensation you have to drive the tractor up hill by 10 inches to allow for 10 inches of implement slip on that particular side hill, and then the implement will be on the desired path. you might try to fool the EZ-Steer by putting in a smaller antenna height that actual which will make the tractor drive a little more up-hill to compensate for the implement slip.

you are then using the equipment a bit outside of its normal design parameters and there might be other undesirable side effects.

It sounds like you could use an implement steering system where you have a GPS mounted on the implement which guides the implement where you want it to go and another auto steering system on the tractor to keep the tractor in the correct location.
