I am hungry for some apple salad.  Goes well with turkey and trimmings.

I think we had it more with chili in later years as a pH balance.

Ohio apples are at their peak.  I love celery and nuts.

Mom used walnuts, you can use pecans or some of each.

I like the gelatin based salads too.
