Pot roast with lots of whole onions, carrots, some potatoes & tomatoes.
Now I really like roast turkey and all, but not during the holidays. Every time you sit down during the holidays you have some more turkey put in front of you.
My wife cooks a Turkey Hamburger Meatloaf that is really good with boxed dressing, cut up apples, and the wholly trinity. Goes good with any kind of cranberry sauce.
