Dave. If you want to give away pork for gifts this is what I do. I'll take a couple hogs into local locker and have boneless loins, brats, bacon burgers and pork cutlets made. Then I put some of each in coolers tape them shut and put a bow on top. Give these to the neighbors. Keeps up good relations. Sorry to hear you're getting out. Good luck.
