Subject: Re: Hate to go to bed tonight- no water

Mason City, IL
Pump is well below water level by 50 feet. The eight gal retrictor may not restrict flow enough as it will still starve the pump if I use to much at one time, like watering landscape next year or filling a spray tank. Never have had problem with getting water before as I sit on the mahamet aquifer. I think the screen is bad on casing? Maybe the acid treatment would work. Just do not want to put a band-aid on only to have to do it over soon. I believe they have to pull the pump to put the acid in to get it below the pump and then let it sit for 48 hours before using again. Was hoping to avoid the wait. Just hard to deal with with harvest being such a pain this year. Lost 200 acres of soybeans to flooding and can't get on most other ground due to water standing in spots.
