Jim, I don't know answer to your question, inertial navigation systems are not my cup of tea, but I do have related comment on Trimble's EZSteer with T2 terrain compensation. As others have commented, the AOR-W WAAS satellite position is causing more WAAS correction signal dropouts than it was before it was moved from Atlantic to Pacific ocean. When DGPS is lost from temporary loss of WAAS corrections, EZSteer with T2 Terrain compensation continues to steer for some time before accuracy degrades significantly. I don't know if that's because of Trimble's T2 terrain compensation or not but we have experienced temporary (10-15 second) loss of DGPS (per alarm message on EZGuide screen) on rather intense hillside terrain and permitted EZSteer to continue steering with very good results. Probably better than we could have done with manual steering on those hillsides.
