Do you have a Food Saver vacuum sealer available? I think that would be your best bet. I have also sometimes put a slice of white bread in with a container of cookies, helps to keep them soft a while longer.

19-25 days is a long time for fresh baked goods. I am sure they will be appreciated, but the quality won't be close to fresh.
