| Have you been to the Alz.org (Alzheimer's Association) website. They have a discussion board with many good people, including some Peer Volunteers to answer questions.
My grandmother has Alzheimer's. She is not as far along from your description, although at times she has delusions. One thing that many on the Alz.org board say is that Seoquel can help the moods, delusions, etc. You might want to look for advice there if you haven't already.
