Northern Indiana | The throttle on my diesel 3010 will not hold at pto speed. Have not been able to find a place to adjust. anyone know? TIA |

Huntley Montana | open the little door under the dash, should be a bolt against the steering colum . Thinking 1/2" socket. it moves with the hand throttle |

NE Mo | That is correct, but it is not easy to get to. Small hand is needed, and you don't have to move it very much |

East Central Arkansas | If it's like on a 4020 there is a friction disk in the linkage where that adjustment is. It seems I have replaced them before. Also where the linkage hooks to the steering column tube I have had that connection to start to break away and have had to reweld it. |

Northern Indiana | found the bolt. it will not tighten anymore. wore down? need new one? |
Huntley Montana | Probley rusted up. Kroils Airokroil is what you need |

Fruita CO | The friction lining is inside the tube where the adjustment clamp is, it's probably worn out. Have to pull the str. wheel & raise the tube up a couple inches to slip it in there. May have to take the dash loose, it's been a while since I did one. Usually change them when I pull the steering valve out anyway.... |
