| I bought a new set after many months of researching them. I hate paying much for a set because they don't last a lifetime as they all seem to claim. I have outlived my "lifetime" set! I purchased a new set this year from Wal-mart made by Tramontina. It is their Tri-Ply Clad and they came in a plain brown box. Almost all pots and pans are made in China anyway, but this set is really nice and they are stainless steel inside. I keep a can of Bar Tenders Friend (next to the Comet in the grocery store) on hand to keep them shiny and new. I love how they cook. They were around a hundred buckeroos for the whole set too. I did purchase an extra large soup pot from the same brand to go with the set. | |
