Pennyrile, West Ky. | We have Calphalon and Stainless with the copper plate at the bottom, they both have their place, the Calphalons a bit pricey, I got most of ours gently used on e-bay, as stated earlier every one has to have a couple of Teflon pans for omelets and such, my personal favorite is the calphalon, especially for a stock pot,,it's much better for heating a pot of soup without burning the bottom as the heat goes all the way up the sides,and it's easy to clean,,,,,,,,good luck.............JD | |
