fargo, nd
NIR infrared images are the most common but depending what your doing you might need to use a different reading like NDVI red or green but instead of using a RC plane with a cheap camera get something with quality and thats easy to use. The company Agri ImaGIS has a data base of areial and satellite images in the millions of acres for multiple years and a online software program to create zone maps and what not. So i would go to them. SATSHOT.com is there website or you can call them at 701-235-5767. Its a $1 per acre for it all so pretty inexpensive plus they've been doing it for 15 years and help start the craze of precision farming. Its the best stuff i've seen so i would recomend it. goodluck
