Supposedly we are going to be paid freight on the improperly rejected load. 

One could make decent money by taking a load down about 11 pm and getting in line to be rejected.  Leave, turn around, get back in line.  I think you could be rejected 4 or 5 times in a night, then head to the alternate unloading destination and be in line when they open in the morning.    Assuming all the official grades came back good, you would be paid pretty well for only one trip.
