Probably going with Gallagher as T-Rowe has limited experience in our area and seem to be working with the cell towers in the area/region.
If the collar is going to cost $262 (buy 60 minimum best price currently) and has a 3 year warranty I'll base the $$$ on 3 years of use. Monthly subscription is $2 so $24 a year.
Ave yearly cost would be $111.33 year or $0.31 a day.
Do you rotational grazers think you gain 31 cents a day per head in better grass utilization?
In the fall and early spring I can see more than 31 cents a day in forage utilization. Grazing areas with marginal fence will also be very valuable. | |
