Nothing will bring tears to your eyes like homemade horseradish. I'm not sure my horseradish is still growing or not. It's in the end of an alfalfa field and I haven't messed with it for years. Horseradish should be tore up every so often to keep it going and not grow into such big rank roots. And only dig it up in months with "R" in them. Don't ask me why that is.
