Renovations can be so hectic or is that just life...
here are some ideas... hope your family enjoys and you love to serve. :)

SWEET & SOUR CROCK POT PORK (just found this and will try but substitute tomato soup with creame of chicken)
1 pound pork chops (diced into bite size pieces)
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 can water
2-3 cups frozen broccoli

Cook pork in frying pan until browned on all sides. Add all ingredients to crock pot, including pork. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serve on a bed of rice.

CROCK POT PORK CHOPS ( My Family loves this)

5-6 lg. pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper to taste

Put ingredients in crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high.
ok too easy but that is what is best, simply delicious and at end of cooking add Mc Cormmick brown gravy for flavor and gravy to boot !

CROCK-POT CHICKEN STEW

1 1/2 - 2 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper

Cook chicken in crock pot on low overnight. When done, debone chicken and cut in small pieces. ( Hard work I know but save some for a great chicken sanwhiches)
Add chicken soup and butter. Mix flour and water together until lumps disappear. Add this to chicken and stir well. Should be ready in 4 to 6 hours. Add veg. if desired or serve seperate.
