Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.		Are you certain that the bed control valve is PWM? The bed valve could be either a Servo style or a PWM style. The spinner control needs to be PWM. You don't mention the tractors you are trying.

Did you try my suggestions of running in manual to see if the rate is controllable then?
