It can be done, but like was mentioned, isn't quite as functional as a dirt moving module or program. I've use the water management module on a ditcher and it worked well. I've also had customers who have plows have put it on scrapers. It requires the same things as a plow, proportional valve in the hyd line that raises/lowers the cutting edge. A GPS mast that moves the antenna up and down with the cutting edge, it can be offset to the side of the scraper. A place to mount the water management module and all the same cabling to the cab. The nice thing is it will run as a non-pitch plow, uncheck the box in the configuration setup, so no calibration is required. Then you set the antenna distance to ground and antenna to plow base just like a tile plow. I've had to adjust the valve thresholds up or down depending on the size of the hydraulic cylinders on the ditcher or scraper but it worked. It works in a single plane, so it wont' know if the left side of the blade or cutting edge is higher or lower than the right, it just knows where the antenna is at and if it's offset from center it will control to where the center of the blade is. We tried autotile but it was a bit more involved setting the depth and grade parameters knowing the machine could only take so much of a cut at one time. We found using grade control works very well. You set a grade, positive or negative, and you drive and it will adjust to keep that grade as you move forward. It doesn't give you an estimated depth or care where you drive, could go in circles and the blade will adjust to grade as it travels forward. It ends up taking multiple cuts so the map on the screen gets pretty full of lines, we made a new field for the ditch we made since we didn't want all the "installed lines" to stay with the field for the ditch.
