What are you needing or wanting the boundaries for? That's the main question before you move any farther. 

If you're just using them for record keeping and nice pictures on the map screen of the whole farm you're ok with using the coverage map based tools in Op Center. 

BUT, if you're wanting to do things like boundary track steering around the field while you're in a tractor or sprayer....or using exact apply type sprayers and want it to turn off for waterways. Things like that where you are relying on the boundary for in-field performance, driven boundaries with a UTV or tractor are a must. And you need a higher accuracy signal than SF1
