| We are corn/soybeans farmers. We plant with a Kinze 3605 16/31. We have a 90's John Deere 1560 15' NT Drill that needs rebuilt, and we are considering planting some early soybeans for the 1st time in 2025. The 1560 drill hasn't planted beans for almost 15 years, and we are looking to upgrade to seed monitoring. We have 5 old loup slow sensors in the seed tubes already. Does anyone run some type of loup monitor for soybeans? Are they worth the investment even though there aren't any sections to shut off since it's ground drive? Also planting beans early with the Kinze isn't an option, that's why we are considering using the 1560 drill | |
