Subject: 605sm Vermeer baler issue


N E Illinois		A low voltage code come up after 85% of the bales are wrapped
Controls wire direct to battery
New harness on baler.
Did it with old harness.
Figuring actuator prob
I checked voltage while actuator is moving. 13 volts
How can I check amperage draw?
