51xx or 52xx maxxum. 5.9 Cummins, partial power shift, would fit great for what you're wanting to do but may be on the lower side of your hp range. 11,000 hours on ours and the air still freezes you out in the cab.
The only tractor of that series I’ve been around is a 5240 that has no AC (no door either), no brakes, only some of the transmission gears work, and it leaks all over. I guess that’s just what 35,000 hours of hard time at a dairy does to a tractor. Still starts good and runs the PTO though. |
