I'm pretty sure on that system 12 volts on one side is good and 12 volts on both sides is bad. The low-pressure switch closes when pressure drops to low which allows power to flow through the switch to the relay that trips the warning light on and disengages the clutch. The high-pressure switch closes when the pressure gets too high and allows power flow through the switch to the relay that trips the warning light on and disengages the clutch. |
