Subject: RE: Scraper (pan) hydraulic cylinder

Sac & Story county IA
trying if figure out if 4" cylinder will push the dirt off. I have mostly sandy ground so probbly won't be able to get it extremely full.
My scraper is 8 yards and has a 5 inch cylinder to push off. Also I have counterbalance valves to make front gate come up before rear gate starts forward. So the pushoff cylinder probably sees 300 psi less than cylinders that raise front. 4 inch will probably work.
