Does the auger go onto the 90* elbow easy? I wonder if something isn’t properly aligned. I’ve chsnged several of those don’t remember seeing one broke. The unload system engages with a belt slipping, it’s designed to unload on the go. Maybe have someone in the cab turn it on and watch engagement to see if it appears something is binding. Check the pulley with the shear bolt make sure someone didn’t lock it solid.
