There are few options I know about:
1) manual export / import
2) write your own automation scripts (more work than it looks, especially regarding to attributes normalization, files merging)
3) use smth like our GeoPard. Integration with Ops center is very stable, with CNH FieldOps we're just releasing it, but can help to set this up for your workflow.
