Hennepin, IL | Yetter makes a caddy for those drills. Pretty sure you can still buy them new. I have the 15' version of what you're looking for with a Yetter caddy and its a nice machine.
Not sure how far you are from there, but that seems like a decent price. The other thing I just remembered about the Yetter caddy is the way the wheels lift, the drill isn't near as rear heavy as with the Blu-jet/Case IH cart.
