Tell us more about the situation. Can you create your own pack? Mostly about feeding them without the wild animals stealing the food. Are you saying that the County once had a farm? Are you saying that this mobile home was once part of a farm?
Yes, the mobile home sits on a acre that used to be a larger farm. I imagine I could find kittens and try to create a pack, but the coyotes would eventually eat them. Good point about how I couldn't prevent feeding the rodents instead of the cats.
