Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The connector is the Conxall brand. It is a 4 pin style. It is the same company that Raven has used for their 3 pin connectors for speed sensors and flow meters for years.
I believe they may be available from some of the major supply houses such as Mouser, Digikey, Switch Craft etc. Problem is that they often require larger orders. A well stocked Raven dealer should have them available.
I did a quick search but finding the correct model can be confusing.
