Ah, yes, scrapple. I remember getting that from my grandmother. The grand parents used everything but the squeal. Brains for breakfast too. Suet pudding was nice too. Ugh.

I got scrapple in the Navy too for breakfast, but it was mostly fried mush, or "polenta" as they say these days.
