I'll try to help.  You can run autosteer and FL2 at the same time but you will need to unlock your display for an additional GPS receiver.  I believe the levels of accuracy have to be the same for both receivers so that would mean and RTK level unlock.  I'm not sure about using the Deere RTK on the scraper.  It may work but I do know that Trimble doesn't allow third party/NMEA GPS for Autosteer.
